Cancellation Policy

We are aware that at times there may be a need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. We respectfully require that you give us 48 hours notice. 

Please understand that when an appointment is missed, canceled, or rescheduled without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time for other guests to receive services. As a friendly reminder, our appointments are confirmed 2 business days in advance. Since the services are reserved for you personally, failure to give proper notice of changes or cancellations to your appointment(s) will result in a 50% service charge, as well as any deposits being non-refundable. No-showing and canceling day of may result in a 100% service fee. This policy is in consideration of the value of time of all of our guests and our talented technicians. Thank you.

Reservation Fee

As of January 1, 2019 Pure Salon will request a credit card on file to reserve any appointment with your service provider. 

For a creative color, ombre, or similar service; we always require a complimentary consultation prior to scheduling a hair service. This gives the hair stylist the opportunity to talk about timing, ideas, and pricing. When the consultation is complete and an appointment is set, a “reservation fee” of 50% of the minimum service total will be asked as a deposit. This will hold the appointment slot and will be used as a credit to be used on the day of service.

Late Policy

We understand that sometimes being late is unavoidable. However, after 15 minutes of being  late, depending on the circumstances we may be forced to shorten or reschedule your appointment. A cancellation fee may apply.

Covid-19 Policies & Procedures

AMENITIES

We are currently not offering beverages such as coffee or tea. Water bottles are avaialble at the beverage counter for our guests. For the safety of our guests, we have also currently suspended our scalp massage, hand massage, and hot towel treatment. We hope to be able to start these up again soon!

COVID-19 CONSENT FORM

Each guest will recieve a consent form via email prior to their appointment. We ask that you fill out and send the form back.  We are not taking temperatures in the salon, however, we do ask that if you are feeling unwell, or experiencing a fever or flu/respitory symptoms that you reschedule your appointment. Cancellation fees will be waived for appointments canceled due to illness.

PARKING

Parking is available on Davis St. in front of the salon and in the train station lot (facing NORTH) for 2 hours. For longer services, we recommend using the Vail Parking Garage, located at 88 S. Vail Avenue. The first floor (blue level) has complimentary 4 hour parking.

PAYMENTS

We are currently not accepting cash or checks. Due to capactiy limits in the salon, our front desk staff is sometimes working remotely.  A credit card is needed to schedule all appointments as our front desk staff may not be directly in the salon to check you out. A 20% gratuity will be added to all service transactions unless you otherwise state to your stylist. 

PPE

Masks are required by every guest and employee entering the salon. For color services we recommend using a disposable mask as color may get on the ear straps. Disposable masks are available at the front desk.
