Cancellation Policy

We are aware that at times there may be a need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. We respectfully require that you give us 48 hours notice. 

Please understand that when an appointment is missed, canceled, or rescheduled without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time for other guests to receive services. As a friendly reminder, our appointments are confirmed 2 business days in advance. Since the services are reserved for you personally, failure to give proper notice of changes or cancellations to your appointment(s) will result in a 50% service charge, as well as any deposits being non-refundable.  This policy is in consideration of the value of time of all of our guests and our talented technicians. Thank you.

Reservation Fee

As of January 1, 2019 Pure Salon will request a credit card on file to reserve any appointment with your service provider. 

For a creative color, ombre, or similar service; we always require a complimentary consultation prior to scheduling a hair service. This gives the hair stylist the opportunity to talk about timing, ideas, and pricing. When the consultation is complete and an appointment is set, a “reservation fee” of 50% of the minimum service total will be asked as a deposit. This will hold the appointment slot and will be used as a credit to be used on the day of service.

Late Policy

We understand that sometimes being late is unavoidable. However, after 15 minutes of being  late, depending on the circumstances we may be forced to shorten or reschedule your appointment. A cancellation fee may apply.
